Denise Romero

Currently serving as Alce su Voz’s Community Engagement Coordinator, Denise Romero plays a crucial role in ensuring that communities are well-informed about the importance of health literacy and interpreting services. In this role, Denise has recognized the urgent need to continue providing high-quality information to empower individuals and improve community well-being.

Denise is a dedicated and ambitious individual with a deep-rooted passion for community resource education and advocacy. With a strong sense of responsibility, Denise strives to accomplish significant and lasting contributions to her community, always prioritizing collaboration over competition. Denise is also an advocate for immigration reform, driven by the belief that meaningful changes can lead to a greater good for all. Her optimism and commitment to this cause reflect her dedication to making a positive impact in the lives of others.

In addition to her role with Alce su Voz, Denise is also a Co-Executive Director of Salud + Bienestar and a Community Health Worker Certified Provider.
