Raul Alejandro Rangel is a graduate student who is working as a GRA for Alce su Voz. He received his MA in Spanish from Wichita State University in 2024 and two BAs, one in Applied Linguistics and one in French and German from Wichita State University in 2022. Raul’s research interests include Indigenous languages, sociolinguistics, language contact, historical linguistics, and language in the healthcare setting. He has presented at both national and international conferences. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, spending time with his cat and with family, learning new languages, and playing the harp.
